Processing & Shipping

All of Sass'products are made with love in house.

Therefore processing takes 4-6 days not including shipping time. 

When FREE SHIPPING is offered for promotional opportunities, the cheapest shipping will be selected to keep package cost effective. 

Sass uses UPS and USPS to ship orders.

*WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES. If there is an issue with your package, please file a claim with the courier used to ship your package. We are not responsible for courier delays. Once a package leaves our workshop, it is out of our control.

In some cases, there may be a slight delay. In this event, you will be notified. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during check out.

 

BUSINESS DAYS ARE MON-FRI, 9a-4p EST. All orders are shipped via USPS**. 

**Sasspirations, LLC is NOT responsible for any delayed transit times or damages once it leaves our location.

We do not possess any control over the transit times as they are determined by the mail carrier.

You are responsible to file a claim with the carrier if your package is delayed and/or lost.

Please do contact us in the event that your package is lost.

Each package is manually filled to ensure safe delivery, but damages can happen in the hands of the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please send a photo of the unused product and packaging to info@sasspirations.com within 24hrs of receiving (tracked by delivery time and when we are contacted).

Please be aware that a damage claim must be filed with the shipping carrier in order to receive a store credit for your next purchase. 

*Damage is defined as broken vessels/products. This does not include melting.
